1. All Payments Are Final
At Sarangsho we are committed to providing real value for the price we charge, and we encourage every user to review the plan details, the product description and the price carefully before confirming payment.
By completing a purchase on Sarangsho, you acknowledge and agree that the payment is final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been completed, the purchase cannot be cancelled, reversed, transferred or exchanged, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
This applies to premium plans and to books and other products alike.
2. Premium Plans
- A premium plan gives you access for the period you have paid for. Access begins as soon as payment is confirmed and ends when the period expires.
- There is no auto-renewal. Nothing is deducted from your account automatically. If you wish to continue after your plan expires, you renew it yourself from within the app.
- A plan cannot be cancelled, paused, shortened or refunded during its validity, whether or not you use it.
- Changing your mind after purchase, not using the plan, or not achieving an expected exam result are not grounds for a refund.
3. Books and Other Products
- An order is confirmed at the moment payment is completed. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Delivery is carried out by independent third party courier companies. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery is governed entirely by that courier's own terms, conditions and service standards.
- Delivery and courier charges are set by the courier and are not refundable.
- Sarangsho and Terse Narrative Ltd. accept no liability for delay, damage, loss or any other issue that occurs after an order has been handed over to the courier. Any such claim must be raised with the courier company concerned.
4. Content, Corrections and Changes
If an error is found in any question, answer, summary or current affairs entry, we correct it as quickly as possible, ordinarily within 24 hours of verification, and we may cancel or replace a defective item.
Correcting, cancelling or removing any item of content has no connection with any refund of fees. Fees remain non-refundable in every case.
In order to serve users better, Terse Narrative Ltd. reserves the right to modify, revise or reorganise the exam routine, curriculum, content schedule and features of Sarangsho at any time.
5. Payment Security
All financial transactions on Sarangsho are processed through the official payment gateways of licensed banks and mobile financial service providers. Payments made through our app or website are secure. We do not store your card or wallet credentials on our own systems.
6. Account Suspension
Terse Narrative Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account involved in fraud, payment abuse, credential sharing, unauthorised copying or distribution of our content, or abusive conduct towards our team or other users. No refund is payable for any plan or order in such cases.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be revised from time to time, including when new services are added to Sarangsho. The version published on www.sarangsho.com applies to all purchases made while it is in effect.
8. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and is subject to the dispute resolution provisions set out in our Terms and Conditions.
